FAQ

I would like to purchase a (product type) in (design name) but it doesn't seem available.
Although I do make an effort to offer all of my designs as every product that I offer, it doesn't always work out that way. There are four reasons why a design may not be available on a certain product:
- A few of my shops only allow me to offer a limited number of products at one time. For example, I might only be allowed to have fifty designs on display since I don't subscribe to their premium service. I don't utilize too many sites with these types of limits, but there are a few.
- The other reason a design might not be available is file size. Various shops only allow uploads under a certain number of megabytes. Every now and then my files exceed that allotment and I can't offer the product.
- The third reason might be that I have decided to discontinue the product or design. Although (at the time of this posting) it hasn't happened yet, It might someday.
- One final reason is that the product or retailer is new. I decided that once I consider a design complete, I'm not going to go back and add it to new products or upload it to new sites. I feel I have a pretty vast inventory of designs and it's only going to get vaster. I imagine going back completely overwhelming, not to mention a huge imposition on my ability to create new work.
You are still free to ask me in the event that there is something specific you really want and can't seem to find for there might be an off chance possibility that I could make it happen.
